Magnolia, Texas—Texas Regional Bank (TRB) has appointed Brandon Thomas as Vice President, Relationship Manager. Based at the bank’s Magnolia banking center, Thomas serves businesses and individuals throughout Montgomery County, providing commercial lending and relationship banking services while helping customers navigate important financial decisions.
Over more than two decades in banking, Thomas has worked alongside businesses through growth, transition, and changing economic conditions. His experience spans commercial banking, business banking, and financial center leadership, giving him perspective across the different stages of a business’s growth. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping customers secure capital, strengthen their financial position, and prepare for what’s next.

Before joining TRB, Thomas held leadership roles in commercial and business banking, serving businesses of all sizes across a variety of industries. He brings a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges business owners face throughout the life of their companies.
Thomas has also remained active in the Magnolia community through organizations including the Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce, Magnolia Rotary Club and Education Foundation, and Connecting Families. Those relationships have kept him closely connected to the organizations and people helping shape one of Texas’ fastest-growing communities.
“I’ve always believed the best banking conversations start by listening,” said Thomas. “Every business and every family has different priorities, and understanding those differences is what allows you to give better advice and build relationships that last. That’s what drew me to TRB. I look forward to serving Magnolia and Montgomery County and helping our customers make confident decisions for the future.”
Thomas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business and completed the Program for Excellence in Selling at the University of Houston. He joined TRB on June 8.
