Continuing Disclosure

Continuing Disclosure services are provided through Estrada Hinojosa, the Municipal Advisory division of TRB Capital Markets, and are designed to help issuers comply with Securities and Exchange Act Rule 15c2-12.

Our services include:

  • Annual filing of operating financial information and audited financial statements which are required to be posted on the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Marketplace Access website (“EMMA”) typically 180 days after the issuer’s fiscal year end.
  • Timely filing of notices of material event.
  • Periodic monitoring of industry-related websites and information portals to become aware of reportable events.
  • E-mail notices of reportable events.

Through Estrada Hinojosa, its Municipal Advisory division, TRB Capital Markets works with issuer staff to help ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations, including updates and amendments as they become effective.
