Texas Regional Bank (TRB) has appointed Autumn Lawson as Senior Vice President, Senior Treasury Sales Officer. Based in Dallas, Lawson will develop treasury management relationships and support operating deposit growth among commercial clients in North Texas.
Lawson will work alongside TRB relationship managers to support operating deposit growth and structure treasury solutions around clients’ cash flow, payments, liquidity, and financial operations. Her role includes developing new treasury relationships while expanding the capabilities TRB provides to existing commercial clients.
“Autumn understands treasury from the client’s operating perspective and knows how to translate that understanding into stronger banking relationships,” said Wyatt Abernethy, Chief Deposit Officer at TRB. “She brings broad treasury management experience across commercial and institutional clients, strong production discipline and the ability to work closely with commercial bankers to solve complex client needs. She will be an important part of how we continue building our treasury capabilities and deposit relationships in North Texas.”
Lawson brings more than 15 years of banking experience spanning treasury management, commercial banking, and liquidity solutions. She has advised businesses and organizations on cash positioning, payments, working capital, and treasury strategy, with additional experience in treasury sales, client acquisition, onboarding, and relationship expansion.
Treasury management gives us a detailed view into how a business operates and where we can improve efficiency, visibility, and control. I look forward to working alongside TRB’s bankers to understand those operating needs, strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones throughout North Texas. – Autumn Lawson
Earlier in her career, Lawson served public-sector clients and managed treasury opportunities through the RFP process. She later worked with commercial real estate, builder finance, healthcare, higher education and nonprofit clients, developing treasury strategies around their distinct operating requirements.
Lawson earned a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oral Roberts University.
