Johnson City, Texas—Texas Regional Bank (TRB) appoints Brittni Young as Market President for its Johnson City location, where she will lead the branch’s continued growth and deepen TRB’s presence in the Texas Hill Country.
Young brings more than nine years of community banking experience, with a background in loan administration, credit analysis, and relationship management. She most recently served as Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer at Johnson City Bank, where she oversaw loan operations, managed credit quality, and helped maintain a healthy loan portfolio. She also served as a member of the loan committee, CRA Officer, and Advisory Director on the Board of Directors.
“Joining Texas Regional Bank is an exciting new chapter for me, both professionally and personally,” said Young. “Having spent my entire banking career in this community, I’m honored to continue serving the people and businesses of Johnson City with a bank that values local decision-making and long-term relationships.”
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science and is a 2024 graduate of the Texas Bankers Association Management Development Program. She is actively involved in the community and has served previously on several local boards in Johnson City.

Young officially joined TRB in March 2025.
