Frisco, Texas— Texas Regional Bank (TRB) opens its new Frisco banking center on September 22. The bank’s eighth branch in North Texas extends TRB’s reach into one of the region’s most active business and residential markets.
The Frisco banking center will provide full-service relationship banking for individuals, families, and businesses, including personal and business banking, commercial lending, and treasury management. Customers will also have access to broader capabilities through TRB’s subsidiaries, including mortgage, trust and wealth management, insurance, and capital markets services.
Alicia Baum will serve as Frisco Market President and lead the local team. Baum joined TRB in 2025 to develop the Frisco market and brings more than 18 years of commercial and private banking experience in North Texas, including commercial lending, credit structuring, relationship management, and portfolio oversight.

Frisco continues to draw significant business investment alongside sustained population growth. Corporate relocations, business expansion, and residential development have strengthened the city’s position within the North Texas economy. The new banking center establishes a permanent TRB presence in a market with a growing concentration of businesses, professionals, and families.
The opening continues TRB’s investment in North Texas and follows the addition of its Park Cities banking center in 2025.

To commemorate the opening, TRB will host a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony at the new location on October 21. Community members, business leaders, and local officials are invited to meet the Frisco team and mark the opening of TRB’s newest banking center.
The new banking center, located at 15147 Preston Road, Frisco, Texas 75033, opened Tuesday, September 22. Lobby hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional drive-thru and virtual teller service hours.
