Texas Regional Bank is pleased to announce that Lance Spruiell has been promoted to the position of Hill Country Market President. In his new role, Lance is responsible for the development of growing our banking presence in the Hill Country and making sure our banking centers provide the best service and products. “Lance loves his community and knows the people and businesses that make the Hill Country a great place to live,” said Paul Moxley, CEO. “He is a strong loan officer and a natural leader.”
He has close to 15 years of banking experience, all with local banks. Lance has strong ties to San Marcos and surrounding communities. He has served on several boards and is currently serving on the Texas State University Leadership Council and the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is married and has four children. Lance is a graduate of Los Fresnos High School and of Texas State University.
