Texas Regional Bank Out In The Schools

September 30, 2016  |  By:

Texas Regional Bank has been hard at work teaming up with various school districts throughout the Rio Grande Valley this past week. As a member of RGV Lead, a partnership between education and business that prepares young people for today’s skilled workforce, Texas Regional Bank was invited to take part in their very first Business Leadership Panel at La Joya High School. Our very own Felicia Villarreal represented Texas Regional Bank by sharing best practices for building and leading in a business career.

Our Harlingen Market President, Michele Robinson provided credit sessions to students, parents and teachers at the Harlingen CISD Financial Fitness Expo. Finally, our very own spelling bees; Michele Robinson, Veronica Tarango and Danielle Horna took home 5th place at The Literacy Center of Harlingen’s Annual Spelling Bee on Thursday, September 29th.
“We continue to strive in making our community a better place!” – Felicia Villarreal, Business Development Officer- TRB.
