Noé Hinojosa Jr. Receives 2026 Hispanic Business Salute Award

Noé Hinojosa Jr., Chairman of TRB Capital Markets, received the 2026 Hispanic Business Salute Award, recognizing his leadership, entrepreneurship and contributions to public finance and the North Texas business community.

Presented by UPS, NBC 5, Telemundo 39 and the Dallas Cowboys, the Hispanic Business Salute recognizes Hispanic business leaders for their leadership and contributions to their communities. Hinojosa was nominated for the honor by the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Hinojosa co-founded Estrada Hinojosa in 1992 and has spent more than three decades in public finance. During the award presentation, the firm was recognized for participating as financial advisor or underwriter in more than 8,300 municipal bond transactions totaling more than $750 billion.

Its work has included major Texas cities, DFW International Airport, transportation authorities, school districts, counties, and other public entities in the State of Texas and nationally. In a full circle moment, Hinojosa was recognized during the Cowboys’ September 20 game at AT&T Stadium, which he helped finance since the beginning of their relationship in 2001. In accepting the award, Hinojosa credited the people who helped build the firm and the long-term relationships that have sustained it for more than three decades.

Whatever business you’re in, take care of your people. We’ve been fortunate to build something that has lasted, and that comes back to the people who have committed their careers to this firm. The recognition follows Hinojosa’s 2025 induction into The Bond Buyer’s Muni Hall of Fame and adds to a career shaped by public finance, entrepreneurship and service.
