Boerne, TX—Texas Regional Bank (TRB) announces the addition of Kathy Estes as Relationship Manager serving Boerne and the greater Hill Country market. In this role, Estes focuses on commercial lending, relationship development, and community partnerships across the region.
Estes brings more than 35 years of banking and financial leadership experience to TRB, including two decades with Frost Bank, where she served as Market President in Boerne. Her background spans commercial lending, retail banking, community development, and nonprofit board leadership, with a proven record of generating growth and deepening local client relationships.

At TRB, Estes works closely with local businesses and community organizations to provide tailored lending solutions and support long-term growth in one of Texas’ fastest-growing corridors. Her approach combines hands-on service with a deep understanding of regional priorities.

Beyond her banking expertise, Estes has been deeply involved in Hill Country civic and nonprofit life for many years. She represents TRB on the board of the Boerne Kendall County Economic Development Corporation, serves as Co-Chair of the Rotary District 5840 Global Scholarship Committee, active member of Rotary Club of Boerne, and is an advisory board member and board president of Das GreenHaus. Her previous service includes leadership roles with the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce, Kendall County Youth Agriculture & Equestrian Center, and the Boys & Girls Club of Boerne.
Estes officially joined TRB in May 2025. She will be based in the bank’s upcoming Boerne location and supports clients throughout Boerne and the Hill Country area. She holds a degree in Accounting from McMurry University.
