
Mr. Huerta joined Estrada Hinojosa in July of 2016. In nearly a decade of work with senior bankers, he has provided ancillary help on various Texas and National financings. Mr. Huerta has worked as quantitative lead and support on modeling multi-year Ad Valorem and Utility Capital Improvement Plans, Revenue Supported Pro-Formas, successful Bond Elections, and refunding/restructuring/defeasance. His quantitative support portfolio includes Texas Public Finance Authority, Texas Department of Transportation, City of Dallas, City of Laredo, City of Brownsville, Hidalgo County and Drainage District #1, Nueces County, Hidalgo County, multiple Texas ISDs, along with numerous TWDB (SWIFT/CWSRF/DWSRF/FIF), TxDot (SIB/SCIRF), and NAD Bank program transactions for multiple entities. Mr. Huerta has served as pricing day quantitative lead for a diverse range of clients including cities, counties, school districts, utility systems, and transportation authorities–running final numbers for an aggregated par upward of $2 billion. His scope of work includes a broad range of quantitative analysis, data research and presentation, bond issuance support, continuing disclosure support, and special projects.
Prior to joining Estrada Hinojosa, he studied at Houston Baptist University where he spent 4 years as a member of the college’s golf team earning Academic All-American Honors as a junior and senior. He interned during his junior year before joining the firm full-time following his graduation.
