Falfurrias Team at Relay for Life

Texas Regional Bank continues to volunteer in the communities we serve! This past Saturday, September, 10, 2016 we were privileged to be a part of the effort at fighting cancer by taking part in the Relay for Life- Falfurrias, Hebbronville and Premont. Among individuals awards, our Texas Regional Bank Falfurrias team won the Most Outstanding Team, with the team name: “Cancer Never Sleeps.”
“This year we wanted to reach even more people through the purple movement because “CANCER NEVER SLEEPS” we raised $1,593.52 with the help of our staff and our loyal customers,” said Anabel Navarro, TRB- Falfurrias Market President.

The TRB Falfurrias team, consisted of: Anabel Navarro, Annette Salinas, Donna Martin, Sandra Lopez, Kristal Mar and Cassandra Garza. They were out there from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. because they want to Make a Difference Today, Help Save Lives, Celebrate Lives, and help raise Money to Fight Cancer. “Cancer has effected nearly everyone, one form or fashion and we hope our efforts help lead to a cure,” said Annette Salinas, TRB- Falfurrias Loan Officer.
We were honored to close out this year’s Relay for Life event by hosting the coordinating committee at our Falfurrias board room this past week. We look forward to setting our mark even higher next year!
