$29,235,000 Certificates of Obligation, Series 2021

Estrada Hinojosa participated in a $29,235,000 City of Beaumont, Texas – Certificates of Obligation, Series 2021 deal as Senior-Managing Underwriter. Proceeds of the Certificates will be used for the purposes of paying the costs of construction of public works, and specifically the construction of roads in the City, and to pay costs of issuance of the Certificates.

Our Underwriting and Sales Desk submitted $31,570,000 worth of customer orders exceeding our 50% liability. In conjunction with the financing team, Estrada Hinojosa was able to generate interest for the deal among its buyers which led to a sizeable order book of $52,395,000 in total orders.
