Devin Phillips recently joined Estrada Hinojosa as a Senior Managing Director with over thirty years of experience trading and underwriting bonds. Mr. Phillips joins the Firm from UBS where her served as an Executive Director and Head of Central & Southwest Underwriting. Prior to working at UBS, Mr. Phillips ran the Central & Southwest Trading and Underwriting for Citi’s Public Finance Group for 27 years, working with issuer clients across Texas and the Southwest. He has successfully priced and placed over $40 billion in par of senior managed transactions. Mr. Phillips holds the Series 7, 53, and 63 licenses from FINRA.
