Michael A. Fallek is a native of McAllen, Texas.  After earning a B.A. and a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Fallek became an associate with Streich Lang, P.A. in Phoenix, Arizona.  There he represented individual and corporate clients in commercial litigation, wrongful termination, statutory and administrative compliance, personal injury, and medical malpractice defense.  In 1998 he joined Castle Hospitality, LTD. – RGV Properties, Inc. – Boulevard Development Company, L.C., and became active in the ownership, operation, and development of hotels throughout Texas.  He now serves as President and General Counsel of Castle Hospitality, overseeing finance, real estate, and employment law issues for all three entities.

Mr. Fallek is involved in the community as Chairman of the American Heart Association Development Board, Leadership McAllen, and the McAllen Convention Center Advisory Board.  He also serves as President of Temple Emanuel and is on the Executive Board of the McAllen Chamber of Commerce.
