We encourage all shareholders to attend the Texas State Bankshares, Inc. annual shareholder meeting on Wednesday, May 29th at the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show Grounds Event Center located at 1000 North Texas Avenue in Mercedes. The event will begin at 5:30 pm and is expected to conclude at approximately 7:00 pm. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served. The meeting will include the company’s official business, plus highlights of the Bank’s progress.
