Harlingen, Texas—TRB Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Texas Regional Bank (TRB), has appointed Jorge Garcia as Senior Vice President, Personal Lines Practice Leader. Based at TRB’s corporate office in Harlingen, Texas, Garcia will lead the strategic growth and operational development of TRB Insurance’s personal lines division, expanding its reach across Texas and enhancing client-focused insurance solutions.

Garcia brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in insurance, financial services, and business development. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales at Arthur J. Gallagher (Pronto Insurance), where he directed sales operations across multiple markets, led large teams, and developed customized insurance solutions to meet client needs. His expertise includes business expansion, the integration of acquired companies, and franchise development, making him a key addition to TRB Insurance’s executive team.

Garcia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He officially joined TRB Insurance on March 3, 2025.
