Happy Birthday America! On July 4th TRB celebrated America’s 246th birthday in parades across the state.
In McAllen, TRB team members came together and worked tirelessly to put together a TRB float. The float was featured in the McAllen 95th Annual Main Street Parade.
Several local veterans rode on the TRB float:

- Joe Brown – US Coast Guard
- Pablo “Pikey” Rodriguez – US Army
- Elias Trevino – US Navy
- Sergio Trevino – US Navy
- Luis Martinez – US Army
- Efren Gonzalez – US Army
- Javier Cardenas – US Marines
- Emmitt Wells – US Air Force
After the parade TRB employees volunteered to help various events in the Independence Day celebration including the 4K race and Freedom Fest.
Nearly 300 miles to the north of McAllen, employees of the Wimberly TRB banking center joined the “best little parade” in Texas.
Banking Center Operations Manager Savannah Reza expressed her excitement for being involved in the Wimberley parade, “TRB, Voted the Best Bank in Wimberley, came out and represented our banking center. We loved seeing clients and members of our community. We’re already planning next year’s float.”
TRB made it their mission to stand out in Fourth of July parades across Texas to honor our military service members and veterans for their service and fight for freedom.
