McAllen, Texas—Texas Regional Bank (TRB) has announced the addition of Marco Moreno as Vice President and Relationship Manager, joining the lending team at TRB’s 10th Street location in McAllen. With over 20 years of experience in commercial lending, real estate, and financial services, Moreno joins TRB to help serve the growing financial needs of businesses and individuals across the Rio Grande Valley.
Moreno began his banking career in 1998 and has held leadership roles at Texas State Bank and Border Capital Bank, where he managed commercial and consumer lending, branch operations, and customer relationship development. Most recently, he worked in residential real estate, positioning him with added perspective into the region’s housing and property market. Throughout his career, Moreno has remained focused on providing tailored financial solutions that support clients’ long-term success.

Moreno studied finance at the University of Texas–Pan American and business administration at South Texas College. He has also been active in regional organizations such as the Pharr Rotary Club and Greater McAllen Association of Realtors, where he has served on various leadership and committee roles.
He officially joined TRB on Monday, March 17.
