Southlake, Texas— TRB Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Texas Regional Bank (TRB), has appointed Terri Lobianco as Chief Operating Officer to lead operational strategy and growth from the company’s Southlake, Texas office. With more than 20 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting, and process improvement, Lobianco is a key addition to TRB Insurance’s leadership team as the firm expands into new markets.
In her new role, Lobianco will oversee strategic initiatives, drive operational efficiencies, and lead team development to support the company’s expansion. She joins TRB Insurance from AssuredPartners of Texas, where she served as Director of Agency Operations, managing service operations, compliance, and employee training. Her career includes leadership roles at CUNA Mutual Group and Unitrin Business Insurance, where she implemented operational improvements that reduced costs and enhanced customer retention.

Along with her bachelor’s degree in English from Illinois State University, Lobianco’s expertise in Lean Six Sigma, underwriting, and business transformation positions her to lead TRB Insurance’s operational growth strategy.
