TRB Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Texas Regional Bank (TRB), celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters on Thursday, August 21 at 6710 W Expressway 83, Suite 201A, in Harlingen. The new facility expands TRB Insurance’s capacity to serve clients across Texas, reflecting the rapid growth of the division since its launch in 2022.
Community leaders, business partners, TRB executives, and board members gathered for the ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house. Jamie Brown-Rosas, speaking on behalf of TRB’s leadership team, highlighted the event as a celebration of growth and continued investment in Harlingen, a sentiment echoed by TRB Insurance President Ryan Newman, who noted the new headquarters is a milestone to both reflect on the division’s progress and to lay the foundation for future growth.
The ribbon-cutting was also a celebration of community. Harlingen Chamber of Commerce “Red Coats” joined the celebration, and Chamber President and CEO Javier de Leon praised TRB’s long-standing commitment to the community. Guests enjoyed food and refreshments provided by Dos Olivos Catering and Samuel Frogs bartending. Special recognition went to Texas A&M student and TRB intern Miah Zamora, who baked cookies to support her study abroad program.
