Dripping Springs, TX—Texas Regional Bank (TRB) continues to make a lasting impact in Dripping Springs, investing more than $148,000 since 2020 to support local education, charitable organizations, and community initiatives. This year, TRB employees have taken their commitment even further, dedicating hundreds of volunteer hours to hands-on service across Hays County.
A significant portion—$65,600—has gone directly to the Dripping Springs Education Foundation (DSEF), helping fund scholarships, classroom grants, and vital educational programs for local students. As the title sponsor of the DSEF Clay Shoot, TRB plays a key role in raising funds to support Dripping Springs educators and equip students with opportunities for success.

Beyond financial contributions, TRB employees are deeply engaged in the community. Since 2020, team members have logged more than 1,900 hours of volunteer service in Hays County, with 680 hours in 2024 alone across 131 active days. Whether mentoring students, assisting local charities, or participating in community clean-ups, TRB team members are committed to making a meaningful difference.
“Giving back to Dripping Springs is a true passion of mine,” said Erin Needham, Regional President for TRB. “Dripping Springs shaped me and my family, and I’m honored to be in a position where we can support its future—both through financial contributions and through the hands-on involvement of our team.”
TRB’s impact is visible beyond the classroom. In addition to supporting DSEF, the bank actively participates in local fundraisers, mentorship programs, and economic initiatives that strengthen the Dripping Springs community.
“Our Dripping Springs branch team is all in,” said Ben Ingram, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. “We don’t just donate; we show up. From rolling up our sleeves to help local nonprofits to working alongside students and educators, we believe true community investment goes beyond dollars—it’s about action.”

Looking ahead, TRB remains committed to expanding its presence in Dripping Springs through increased volunteer efforts, enhanced partnerships, and financial literacy workshops that provide students and families with career and financial planning resources.
By investing in people, programs, and progress, Texas Regional Bank is helping ensure that Dripping Springs remains a thriving, vibrant community for generations to come.
