Dallas, Texas—Texas Regional Bank (TRB) welcomes Caleb T. Gaines as CRM Project Manager within the IT department. Officing out of Dallas, Gaines brings extensive experience in project management, enterprise software implementation, and process optimization.
With a career spanning industries—technology, financial services, and operations—Gaines has led high-impact projects, specializing in CRM solutions, Agile transformation, and cross-functional team leadership. His background includes key roles at Raytheon Technologies, Niagara Conservation, and other organizations where he successfully streamlined business processes, enhanced system functionality, and improved user experiences through innovative technology solutions. “TRB is committed to advancing our technological capabilities to better serve our customers and employees,” said Brad Freudenberg, Chief Technology Officer. “Caleb’s expertise in CRM systems and his passion for innovation align perfectly with our strategic goals.
