Please be aware that a Mass Attempt of Automated Phishing Phone Calls in regards to debit cards is affecting customers across numerous banks. This is a fraudulent attempt to obtain your debit card information. The number that is showing is from Roanoke, NY the number may appear on the caller ID as 907-782-4053 or a partial number of 817-861-54 or 918.
These calls are not from Texas Regional Bank. If you receive a call do not answer or provide any information. It is also being reported that text messages are also going out, please delete one if received.
Remember: Texas Regional Bank will NEVER ask you for any private information (such as account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers) through an unsolicited email, phone call or text message.
