Each year, more first responders die by suicide than in the line of duty. 3FTL mission is saving those who save us. They offer support to our first responders who are suffering from mental health issues. They offer life-changing counseling, therapy, medical and case management, peer support, health and healing treatment for alcohol and substance abuse, family services and K-9 therapy.
