Houston, Texas—Texas Regional Bank (TRB) has named Ann Margaret Herrmann as Senior Vice President and Tomball/Cypress Market President. In this role, Ann Margaret will lead TRB’s market strategy and business development efforts in Tomball, Cypress, and the greater Northwest Houston area.
Ann Margaret brings more than 20 years of banking experience, specializing in commercial lending, SBA financing, and credit strategy. She has held senior leadership roles at both regional and national banks, where she built and managed diverse commercial portfolios, structured complex credit facilities, and mentored teams to deliver strong results.
“TRB’s reputation for relationship banking and its strong growth in Houston align perfectly with the priorities that have guided my career,” said Ann Margaret. “I’m excited to work with our teams, meet more business owners, and support the success of our clients and communities in Tomball and Cypress.”
Her appointment comes as TRB continues its strategic expansion in Houston, strengthening relationships with businesses, families, and community organizations. The bank recently opened a new branch in Rosenberg and expects to open another in Magnolia before the end of the year.

Throughout her career, Ann Margaret has been recognized for outstanding performance, including top producer honors in SBA lending and leadership in commercial banking growth. She is also active in local chambers of commerce and community organizations, reflecting her commitment to strengthening the communities she serves.
Ann Margaret officially joined TRB on September 29, 2025.
