Houston, Texas—TRB Trust & Wealth Management has appointed Darren Hem as Associate Client Advisor in Houston. In this role, Hem will work with clients to provide comprehensive financial planning, portfolio management, and long-term wealth strategies.

Hem brings more than 15 years of experience in portfolio management and financial planning with large asset management firms. He has managed client portfolios, overseen investment strategy, and worked closely with financial advisors to deliver tailored wealth solutions. Most recently, he served as a Portfolio Manager with EP Wealth Advisors, where he led investment and financial planning initiatives. His career also includes roles with Capital Group and Morgan Stanley, where he gained expertise in investment research, client service, and holistic wealth planning.

As Associate Client Advisor, Hem will partner with TRB’s investment professionals and trust officers to deliver holistic financial planning for high-net-worth families. His work will focus on developing strategies that integrate investments, estate planning, retirement, and wealth transfer.
Hem earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Long Beach, and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
